Sharing a Quiet Moment

While all the other koi fish in the pond swam aimlessly about, this handsome golden fish tried hard to make eye contact; he kept sticking his forehead right out of the water.  I think he was smiling at me!

Stow Lake

I wandered around Golden Gate Park, waiting for things to open after my sunrise photo shoot at the bridge, and happened upon Stow Lake.  It was beautiful in the early morning light, and actually very busy with dog-walkers and runners.  This is the dock area near the boathouse.  Looks like a fun outing to rent these colorful paddle boats.

I liked the scalloped red edge on this aloe from the Botanical Garden at Golden Gate Park.

Redwood Grove

I've been out of the photography mood all week.  I'm hoping it will pass soon, but in the meatime I decided to comb through my archives and organize a bit better.  This was taken in December at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.
