January 14

Today was busy and I didn't time things very well, so I was caught without a photo.  This one was taken earlier this month when I visited the Zen Garden in SF.  I remember liking this scene because there was a nice patch of weak sunlight on the door frame.  And also because I could almost fill a crayola 8 count box with the colors here.

I like this photo--bold colors, sunshine, shade, lines. It's great!

And about your comment, manipulating your camera to try for the zoom effect I got when I used Picnik--I would not even know where to begin to try such a thing. That's amazing!

Cool! Reminds me of a flag, with the patch of white at the top left. I also like the idea of the 8 color crayola box.
