Flathead Valley

On our way to and from Glacier National Park we passed through peaceful Flathead Valley. Plenty of hay bales spread out in fields or freshly stacked in piles; and plenty of farm stands selling huckleberries. And lucky for me, a few red barns too!

Very beautiful & regional. You've sparked a desire in me to go West again....I love Mt. Ranier Park...A friend is going there for an "adult summer nature camp". They're going to sing songs around the campfire, even...

I love this area of the country; I just could not live there. The winters would kill me.

Such a beautiful golden field with indigo sky. Makes me think of "America the Beautiful" song.

Wonderful post.
