Spring Green

I've been noticing this great fresh shade of green on trees around here, usually while I'm driving in my car and thinking I wish I had time for a photo. This was a quick attempt to capture it the other day. I really need to remember  to work on some photos of these chartreuse leaves next year; this is the second year of mainly just thinking about it while I'm driving.

Lovely chartreuse young leaves. Reminds me that I need to get out and explore spring with my camera. Your photos are always so nicely composed. -- barbara

I love that lime colored green on the new leaves too. Such a happy color.

Not only is the color outta sight, the delicacy of the new leaves blows my mind--in no time they will fill the space around the limbs and branches and seem as if they've always been so.
